How much do fitted wardrobes cost?

Our wardrobes are unique to your specific requirements; therefore, we cannot provide a fixed price. However, our tool will price up your design as you go so that you can play around with different features to fit within your budget.

How do I measure accurately?

Where are you able to deliver?

We deliver anywhere in Britain.

Do you offer a fitting service?

We are a furniture designer and manufacturing service only. We do not offer a fitting service.

Can I install my built-in wardrobe myself?

We recommend hiring a skilled carpenter to safely install your wardrobes. Though we provide pre-drilled holes, connectors, and assembled drawer packs to simplify the process, it’s crucial to ensure proper installation for safety reasons. Please note that we are not liable for any damages or injuries that may result from the installation process.

How do I build DIY fitted wardrobes?

Whether you decide to install it yourself or hire a carpenter; we have created a video guide you can watch here, and an assembly guide emailed to you after confirming our order with us.

How accurate are the dimensions on your wardrobe builder?

What if I get my measurements wrong?

Before finalizing your order, you will be prompted to carefully review and confirm that all measurements are accurate and precise. Please note that we will manufacture your wardrobe based on the measurements you provide, and the responsibility for their accuracy lies solely with you. We cannot be held responsible in case of any incorrect measurements.

Are your drawer fronts routed?

Our internal drawers will come flat. If you purchase a linen press with Santana, four panel eclipse, one-panel shaker or Cairo, your drawers will be routed. Our contemporary shaker and melamine slab drawer fronts are flat.

Can I save my design and come back to it later?

Yes, if you create an account with us you can save your design.

I cannot find the style or material I'm looking for, can you help?

Please get in touch via our contact form and we can do our best to accommodate you.

Can you talk me through the ordering process?

Once you have confirmed your order you will be able to track its progress in your account. We review your design and order within 5 working days to check it’s correct after which point your order goes into production. Once your order has been manufactured a member of our team will contact you to arrange a delivery time and day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to deliver your wardrobes within 6-8 weeks of placing an order. Delivery cannot be scheduled before 3 weeks.

Will someone check my order after I place it?

Once your order has been placed, we will review your design

What warranty do I get with my furniture?

Our furniture comes with a 15-year guarantee. Please read more here

Can I order samples

Yes – Call or email support@tomeasure.co.uk and let us know what samples you would like to see and we can send them out to you in the post.

Do you offer soft-close hinges and drawers?

Yes, all our doors and drawers are soft-close as standard.

What do I need to do in preparation for my delivery?

If the area where the installation is to take place has carpeting, please ensure that the carpet is lifted and there is enough space for the installation. After the installation is complete, the carpet will need to be refitted.

We highly recommend painting and decorating after our fitters install your wardrobes.

Do I need to pull back my carpet or take up my wood flooring?

We recommend pulling the carpet back. However, you do not need to take up any wood flooring.

Do I need to remove my skirting boards?

This is essential however it will make scribing easier.

What are your wardrobe's made from?

Our wardrobe carcases are made from 18mm thick chipboard cladded in MFC and the doors are vinyl wrapped. Unless you choose Melamine slab doors then they will be MFC.
